Saint Dennis is a Catholic grammar school in Lockport IL. Father Jim asked if I would come and share my faith with the students.

I went to individual classes and told them how much I love Jesus. I spoke about miracles that I have seen. I showed them pictures of Angels and talked about their guardian angels.

Then I told them in the Bible it says  "You are more than a conqueror through Him."  Rom.8:37 You are strong! You are mighty! You are like a warrior! 

"You can do ALL things, through Christ Who strengthens you. Phil 4:13 Conquerors are warriors and All things means that we can do anything with Jesus at our side. He hears and answers our prayers.

Children enjoy talking about God stuff. They want to know that He is so into their young life. He is always around, always there even if they don't pay any attention to Him. So here are a few testimonies to the day.

The fourth graders, we found out at least 2/3 of the class had headaches. So we put our faith out there for healing. We all prayed with faith believing. When I returned to the school three months later, not one of those students had suffered with headaches any longer. They were so happy. 

There was something special about that eighth grade class. They all were able to share openly how they saw God. You could tell that their hearts were open to hear all that the Lord had planned for them.

After hearing the words of God "I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you, not to harm you, to give you a FUTURE and a HOPE. Jeremiah 29:12 Their future was to take the world by storm.

They shared their thoughts about going into space, being a fashion designer, owning a preschool, going to medical school and then going to help the poor, teaching science and other inspiring dreams. You could see their faces looked different. They were so encouraging to one another that afternoon. 

We sang in the second grade. Just a little praise the Lord song, One way Jesus, I could never ever live without you!  Do you think you can hear Jesus? The Bible says , "You can hear His Voice. John 10:27

The children were placed in pairs and having them ask God to give them a word for each other. It was not long before the words for one another were kind, strong, nice, Jesus says I love you. These 2^nd Graders had no doubts that God was speaking to them. They loved talking about Angels. 

Iron-on scripture is the perfect Christian gift.

If children could read the bible verses, they would be encouraged instead of discouraged. That is why I chose to make Iron-on Scriptures. It is a way of placing them in their clothes where children can read them any time they want. When they feel sad or when they are taking a test. They like to know it is just there. 

I realize an opportunity like this can only take place in a Christian or Catholic School. Talking about Jesus to me is normal because He is real. To someone else, they may be uncomfortable. I understand. But a setting like this was such a blessing and it provided an atmosphere of heaven.

I have gone into a lot of classrooms. I see amazing hearts and all you do is provide the key. God does the rest.
